Part B Electronic Claims Processing Delays
This is to inform you that electronic media claims (EMC) received on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 through Friday, January 4, 2008 will not be processed or brought into the MCS system until January 7, 2008. For this reason, status information for claims received during this timeframe will not be available via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or through the Customer Service Representative until the week of January 7, 2008. Please do not resubmit these claims, as they would result in duplicate receipts.
The processing of these claims will resume the week of January 7, 2008 utilizing the following schedule:

| January 2, 2008 | January 7, 2008 |
| January 3, 2008 | January 8, 2008 |
| January 4, 2008 | January 9, 2008 |
