Incentive Program

The Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society is pleased to announce our new incentive points program. FOGS Members earn points through various activities such as paying dues early, recruiting new members or participating in our member benefits programs. Earned points can then be redeemed for rewards such as free annual meeting registrations, free golf or a FOGS embroidered lab coat. Below is a brief summary of opportunities to earn points and ways to redeem them.

There are three ways to earn points:

1. Regular Membership Participation:
   • Paying your annual dues before January 1st: 245 points
   • Paying your annual FOGS dues before January 31st: 195 points
   • Attending the annual meeting: 300 points
   • Refer a colleague to the annual meeting: 100 points
   • Recruit a new FOGS member: 600 points
   • Complete and return educational and practice-based surveys: 25 points per survey
2. Participate in any of the FOGS Member Benefit Programs:
   • FPIC: 350 points

3. PAC Leadership Club:
   • Make a donation of at least $100 to the PAC leadership club: 50 points per $100 donation
   • Make a donation of at least $1,000 to the PAC leadership club: 800 points

Redeem Your Points

Incentive points can be redeemed for additional member benefits. A partial listing of these benefits is listed below and when you have accumulated enough points to qualify, you will be able to access the redemption form.

FOGS members can now log into the FOGS website to check their points accumulation totals. If you do not have a login yet, email the webmaster.
