Advertising on the Web

Advertising on the FOGS website is available with the purchase of a newsletter advertisement. Advertisements will appear as a banner on the homepage of www.flobgyn.org with a link or your contact information. Ads will remain on the web on a quarterly basis, consistent with newsletter publication deadlines.

Newsletter Advertisements

FOGS newsletters are sent to over 700 Obstetricians and Gynecologists in the state of Florida on a quarterly basis.

*Black and white ads only will be accepted

Ad Dimensions

Center Spread: 15"x 10"
Full Page: 7 ½" x 10"
Half Page: 7 ½" x 5"
Quarter Page: 3 ¾" x 5"

Production Information

A full bleed ad is 8 1/2" x 11" (trim size) plus 1/8" bleed on all sides.

Head Design Group requests electronic files of advertisements conforming to the mechanical requirements listed below.

We use Quark Xpress 5.0 for page production and accept graphics created in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Quark. All files should be High Resolution (300 dpi) CMYK for 4-color output and compatible with the Macintosh Platform. Composite ads from any platform or program may be submitted in TIF or EPS formats. For EPS files from vector drawing programs, all fonts should be changed to outline and all photos CMYK.
